1. Personal data and account

• Xsilent does not collect, store or transmit personal data to TSI Dev Studio servers.
• No account, email address or registration is required to use the app.

2. Local storage and processing

• Files, PIN, albums, settings and Security Center checks are processed locally on the device.
• Private content is protected locally and is not automatically uploaded to the cloud.
• On import, the app removes available photo metadata such as location, camera model and date.

3. Backups

• Backups are created only when requested by the user, protected with a separate password and saved to a location chosen by the user.
• TSI Dev Studio does not upload, view or store the backup or its password.

4. Internet and purchases

• Internet access may be used to purchase or restore Premium through Google Play.
• Payment is processed by Google Play under its own terms and policies.
• Xsilent contains no advertising or behavioral tracking tools.

5. Deleting data

Clearing the app’s data in Android settings permanently removes the vault, PIN and local settings. This action cannot be undone. Keep a valid backup separately before clearing data or changing devices.
