Clear subscriptions. Real control.

Seabil calculates renewals from the date and frequency you enter. Review them whenever a service changes its billing cycle.

Select weekly, monthly, yearly or the correct custom interval; an incorrect frequency affects monthly and yearly estimates.

Use the currency in which you are actually charged. Seabil does not invent exchange rates and keeps totals in different currencies separate.

Tap “+” and choose manual entry, a service template or Smart Paste. Templates fill general information only; verify the price and currency yourself.

Smart Paste locally identifies a name, amount, date and frequency from manually pasted text, especially in Romanian and English. Always verify the result; Seabil never reads the clipboard automatically.

Grant permission for renewal and trial reminders. The Notification Trust Center lets you check permission, choose alert types, send a test and open Android settings. Battery restrictions may delay notifications.

Enter the trial start, first charge date, post-trial price and cancellation deadline to receive a warning before the first payment.

A renewal date does not mean a payment was completed. Use Mark as paid in the app or directly from the notification.

Postpone a reminder until the next day when you cannot check it immediately. Snoozing does not mark the payment as completed.

Archive a temporarily stopped subscription to preserve its history and reactivate it later. Delete only when you no longer want the record.

Keep the cancellation reason, final price, payment method, last access date, notes and management link. Confirm new billing details when reactivating.

Use labels such as Revolut, Personal card or Cash. Never enter a full card number, CVV, PIN, password or other banking credentials.

Scenario Lab simulates stopping, pausing, replacing or repricing a subscription without changing real subscriptions, reminders or history.

Back up after important changes and before changing phones, reinstalling, resetting or deleting data. Use a strong password of at least 8 characters; Seabil cannot recover it.

Preview the backup. Replace removes current data and restores the backup; Merge keeps local data and adds backup records, with conflict resolution when needed.

CSV is not encrypted. Include notes and cancellation data only when necessary, avoid insecure services and delete the file after use.

Widgets may show names, dates and amounts on the home screen without opening the app.

Record price increases promptly; Seabil can keep price history for later comparison.

After reinstalling, use Restore purchase with the same Google Play account used for Seabil Lifetime.

Check active services, forgotten subscriptions, upcoming trial charges, price changes, unconfirmed payments and items that can be archived or cancelled.

Review stored data, external services, permissions, backup, export and Delete all local data. Deletion is permanent; create a backup first if you want to keep the information.
